Simply hold your phone to your ear to answer an incoming call. When the app detects the phone is near your ear during an incoming call, it will beep 5 times and then answer the call.
No ads, no unnecessary permissions and no unnecessary battery drain. Easy to enable and disable. Doesn’t replace your incoming call screen, so you don’t need to learn anything new.
We are currently offering version 3.6.5. This is our latest, most optimized version. It is suitable for many different devices. This app is extremely simple, but it can be quite useful. It only has one job, and it does it exceptionally well, at least for us.
You can use the Raise To Answer app to speed up the call answering process.
This application essentially allows you to answer an incoming call without touching the physical buttons or pressing or swiping anything on the actual display. All you need to do is raise your device to your ear.
This app detects when your phone rings and when you place the device next to your ear. It will then simply answer a phone call for you, speeding up the process.
However, keep in mind that the app will beep 5 times before answering the call. This is only done to give you time to change your mind and reject the incoming call. You can, however, disable this.
The developer emphasises that this app does not contain advertisements and does not replace your incoming call screen. Furthermore, it is not supposed to drain the battery in any way, nor is it supposed to request unnecessary permissions.
Furthermore, this app is open source. The source code can be found on GitHub. Of course, this is a plus because its source code is available for security auditing.
If you don’t want to use this app, you can simply disable it from its settings, as shown in the screenshots below. There are some additional options, such as the ability to decline the call by placing your phone on its display.
That’s basically all you need to know. The app is both simple and functional. You can see the official screenshots below, and you can download the app using the link/button provided.
