You can use this tool to make the icons of various applications roll around on the main screen depending on the orientation of your device. This causes icons like Chrome, Evernote, WhatsApp, and Telegram to float around the screen, as if they couldn’t stay put. This has no effect on their functionality, and you can still access them by simply clicking on them.
